Dont think you have much of a chance to beat a Q + 10 with your current squad available, you need to play 4-1 at the back for sure as he has so many attacking players in your half!, you will need to play with width really like ML and a MR!, you could try leaving off the DMC playing 4-3w-1-2! but that would mean taking off one of your better players!, you have to play attacking, hard tackling and play offsides!, if things are looking desperate at half time then try 4-3-3, turn on force counter attacks and hard attacking and go for it.
