Only 3 defenders, what do you expect? That won't work against teams with strong offense, or many men on your half.

Even if a team appears weak, some players can have their best match and make a huge difference.

I saw after I posted that you do sometimes play with 4 men defense, so maybe just think more about what you need to counter each opponent.
