    Is my Formation good?

    3 DC 1 ML 1 MR 1 MC 1 AMC 3 ST, it's not illegal, but is it any good?

    As far as I know, now you must have at least 2 MCs to have a legal formation.

    no you don't need 2 CMs

    as long as you have 3 defender`s < ( not including DCM/DML/DMR) and ANY TWO wide player`s and 1 striker then it`s a legal formation

    There is no good formation. It all depends on your opponent. Your formation can be countered just like any other formation.

    This is illegal formation, you play with 2 DC.
