Help me out guys, this guy is unbeaten in our league. i see him playing friendlies and he looses, but when he plays league matches, not changing his formation, he wins... kinda weird, but works for him. what counter would you use?

and my answer for you is that you can prove a diamond prfectly, 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-3 ... you don't have to think in his attack, think in th eoption that you defense do it well, and think in how to attck, these 3 formations are ok in this case, and if, for some reason he score 1st you can prove these with very defensive mentality and long passing. Thats my idea.

Mentality: Normal (or defensive if he gets more possession and shots)
Passing: Through the middle
Pressing: own half
Tackling: Normal
Passing: mixed
Marking: zonal
