Again I wasn't present, but I won. This was actually 2nd serious test for this formation (against strong opponent) and I'm quite suprised because my team won against formation that had advantage in the centre of mildfield (2mc+dmc against mine dmc+amc)

Today again I wasn't present, but my team again suprised me positively; 5-0 CL win.
It seems this formation is good. I should change few players in my team because this formation forces me to use 6 defenders in 1st team (3 in dm positions)

To me, that's a 6-0-4 formation. You'll be caught on the counter...
I advice you move Your AML-R to ML-R positions. (3-5-1-1).

@Taroshi thanks to advice, but I won't change anything because formation works great for me. I think there is no point to have dml/r and ml/r in team. Btw. I can use blue arrows to cover some positions too.

Please, Is 3-1-4-1-1 a good counter against 4-1-3-2 narrow formation?

I haven't used this formation for a while, but Marseille used it against Lyon few days ago. It was funny for me to find out that some uses this formation out of this game. Maybe Bielsa would find more success with that unusuall formation than he had with 4231, because last results prove that Marseille isn't in form.

In my opinion, this a balance formation in term of attack and defend, most of the time you can easily out score your opponents. However, there is hole in the middle and that is a disadvantage about this formation. About 4 months ago, I have played against it once in CL. First leg, I lost 1-0 with diamond. At home, I beat him 3-1 by using 3-2dmr/dml-2-1-2 (one blue and one red on MC), also after 75', I put one of my MC at dmc position and sub him with a right personal...so that no one plays out of his position.

If you ever used it, there are few formation that you need to pay close attention to, watch out every formation that attack to middle.

No MC? That's bad idea. You can destroy weaker teams but have troubles with some balance formations. I tried that kind of formation before.
