The condition loss is not such a problem as I'm rotating the squad

for me it is because I have only 3-4 subs and don't have the luxury of watching too many videos for boosters

You set always your team at defense/counter/flanks
If your playing vs a weaker/same q team, you have a good b.p. (60-40) and you see that you don't create many shots, only then switch to attack.
Pressing style > low (save energy) ***
Tackling > normal ***
Passing style > mix - if oppo doesn't have DM, you can risk with long pass
Marking style > zonal (save energy) ***
Never use "hard" only as emergency buttons if you 're loosing and want to reverse the result.
*** > switch only as emergency buttons (if you're loosing but for more than one goal dif.- don't be in a hurry).

Red Arrows to AML-AMR
red arrows to DMC, MC only as emergency buttons
risk > to your DL & DR only if oppo has MR-ML and they 're not performing good
Blue arrows to one or two DC (if oppo has two good ST).

For perfect rotation :
1AMR,
1AML,
1AML-AMC-AMR
1ST
1ST/AML or ST/AMR if possible
One of the 3 attackers as F-K specialist
None of them as C-S

For me it works better without red arrows on AMR/AML and normal mentality. Most of the time I am the strongest team.
If I can I play only with red arrows on DL/DR
