How to beat 3n-2w-3n-2 (Def Hexa)

    3 DC-2 (DML/DMR)-3MC-2ST

It's one of the formations, I don't find a tactic/formation against it. Is there any known possibility, how I beat it?

    I tried 4-5-1V, 4-1-4-1 and 4-4-2ND, nothing worked.

I usually find ND does for that formation every time...
Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...

What tactics do you use (maybe that's the reason, why I can't beat it with ND)?

You can't play 4-5-1 V-Style cause the DML / DMR blocks AML / AMR

Well that's is one of the tougher and more interesting formations.
I can't say that there is a very successful counter for this.
It needs a good studying before and a good coaching during the game.
Before the game we, re studying his DML-DMR
    - Are they DL-DML or DML-ML or DML-ML-AML ?
    - Are they scoring or having a lot of assist ?
If they are used also as wingers or maybe opponent set a red arrow to them, we must be careful and have also DL + DR
If they are only DL-DML or just DML without goals or assist, you can save one position and set only 3 DC to stop oppo attacks from the middle.
Also it's useful to see previous games. The scores, which oppo formation was tough for him, what are the rates and performance of DML -DMR.
So, if we decide that our 3 DC are enough, we also add a DMC (always useful for helping in defense, middle, double defending on oppo attackers and keep our lines closer so to avoid counter attacks with long pass).
    2 MC
and then decide if to use AML-AMR-AMC-ST (mix pass)
    or
    AML-AMR-2ST (from the flanks)
In the 1st case, we must have a good AMC (who scores more than our STs)
In the 2nd case, if we don't have AMC (or a good one) and our wingers are very good (in quality and performing) so to win the duels vs oppo DML-DMR ,with the help of the two ST (to keep busy oppo 3DC).
    A more defending formation is to set a 3rd MC >> 3DC-1DMC-3MC-AML-AMR-ST.
I don't recommend 4-5-1 V because our DR-DL maybe not have enough job to do (or to contribute much to the game) and out 3 only attackers aren't enough to beat oppo 5 defenders.
I don't recommend 4-4-2 ND because our 3 attackers maybe crash in oppo 3DC (who lso have the help of DML-DMR).
Maybe the "magic balance" of 4-4-2 classic can be more effective.
    Coaching
Avoid attacking mentality because usually opo has set his team in defense so he can strike back with counters. Normal or defense (and strike him back with counters).
Only if you 're desperate, switch to attack
During the game, watch out for those DML-DMR.
Don't expect a domination vs such a formation.
    if I win with 1-0 , I 'm pleased.

in the second game I started with 4-5-1V but after I saw that oppo wasn't in a good day, I switch to 3DC-DMC-2MC-AMC-AML-AMR-ST

I start playing 3-2w-3n-2 at the end of last season. AMC is the key to success, but do not attack thrue the middle. Maybe 4-2-3-1.
