Look at my team, need some help!

Hey!

I have tried everything and I just can't get my players playing like to should play.(Looking at their stars and skills).
I just need some suggestions about formations I should try and also orders...
Here is a picture about my players:

And this is the last formation that I used...worked like 50%... All the suggestions and all the other help is welcome! Cheers!

if i was you with the players you have you should try diamond formation 4-1-2-1-2
you have a powerful AMC but you have to remove all this arrows put only on your amc
and dont play man marking and high press and also remove offside trap
