    Damn hexagon

Just played cup's first leg against a 4-2-2-2 hexagon, final result 1-1 at home.

My team is a bit better than his one (33 vs 30) but the match was very balanced.

I've played a 4-5-1V with standard orders and arrows but more or less all the statistics were equal.
Then, middle of second half, I changed to 3-2-3-2 but nothing has changed, the bar was all the time in the middle and we made more or less the same shots on goal.

It seems, reading the comments, that AMR and AML didn't make any considerable action. The goal was scored by the MC on ST's assist

Any advice for the return leg?

the 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly, as well as the 4-5-1V, is no more effective against 4-2-2-2

moreover, July has recently wrote that this season the engine is maybe changed and many of the counter-formations can be useless

I was just asking an advice to the most experienced managers
as I must score one gol at at least, I would try a 4-2n-3-1 or a 4-3w-2amc-1

    Definitely not a good idea...
I lost 0-4 and I'm out of the cup.

0-3 in 30', then he changed to 4-5-1V and I changed to a very offensive module (3W-2-3-2) with hard attacking but he scored a further gol

thanks anyway and let's focus on champions!

Just a further info: because of crappy schedule I had just few minutes to arrange the match so 5 players were at 70% of conditions

I did it. 6/11 were at 99% of their condition
anyway, he scored 2 times during the first 10 minutes

I used 5 of them in league match because I needed to win. I planned to used the green packs but I realized too late that time were not enough (I was playing on mobile phone)

the module was 4-3N-1-2 (9 players 6*, one player 7* and one 5*)
He had 4 players 6*, and the rest was 5* and 4*

the orders: short passing in the middle, hard tackling, pressing on my half, no counter and no offside trap
mentality was normal for 10 minutes but, on 0-2, I changed to attancking mentality and then, during 2nd half, on hard attacking
