Apparently if you eat less you may score more .
Make sure your striker has the special ability one on one scorer. With this formation your attacking midfield will get a ton of goals. So basically, your striker is gonna draw the opponents defenders outwards and this will leave the attacking midfielders open and create space for them to get goals.
I average about 4.3 goals per game and concede and average of 0.5 goals per game.
