What tactics/orders I should use?
I'm not asking counter this formation.
Don't say I shouldn't try this formation.
Just want to know what can you think of this.

High normal/ maybe hard zonal offside trap on; normal short mixed no forced counters. Look out for counterattacks, and don't go attack/hard attack if you get countered, at some point can switch to low, mixed passing length, hard defensive. Can try any focus while attacking. Would use back arrow on MC. M might need back arrows for DCs.

You're open to flank attacks, so would avoid hard attacking.

I would use back arrows to mc and dc as well.

If you play against formation that attack through the middle I would play attacking (eg against 442nd) against formations that have flanks I would go defensive with counters.

If you use it post some results against different formations, I am curious of the outcome

Have been using this formation for last 4 seasons as my main formation.
I play Normal-Mixed-Counter off-Hard Tackle-Zonal mark.
Down arrows on DMC and 1 MC.
I usually move 1 of the ST to AMC and put an UP arrow on him.
Have seen it being effective against 4-2-3-1,4-4-2,4-5-1V and most other formations.
The one that has caused me some discomfort has been 4-1-2-1-2ND.
But can counter that by moving Ml->AML and MR->AMR.

One of the main things for this formation is to have good heading attribute in your defenders and a Defensive Wall to take care of free kicks since I use hard tackle.

Bad possession. Only one MC.
Try attacking tomorrow.
