How to beat 4 1 3 2

Hey, in 2 hours i play against 4 - 1 - 3N - 2

Tactics ?

I would put red arrows on DL+DR and ML+MR. I would use the flanks to attack, since there are no wingers on the opponent formation.

Blue arrows on one or more mc´s ?

Is it important to play with normal mentality instead of offensiv mentatity ?
When should you use off side trap ?

for me 4-3-2-1 doesnt work against 4-1-3-2, i ve played with this tactic and lost 2-1, i going to try 4-4-2 classic against it next game, but i still cant explain myself why 4-3-2-1 doesnt help ...
