how to counter 4-5-1 V style???

4-5-1 Flat or 3N-2W-3N-2 defensive.

i play 4-5v-1 and i don't remember losing against 3n-2w-3n-2 ever.maybe it was never used right but even if i have dificulties scoring i make a small change to the formation during match and win.
