i have the same problem, how to counter a 4-1-2-1-2 much stronger than me?

my players are all 4 star while their defenders and middlers are 5 star. Only his strikers are 3/2 stars... My overall quality is 18,9 while his squad is 21.

Can i do something anyway with the suggested 3-1-4-2?

I lose. Probably beacuse i was too weak

4-4-2 works well against 4-1-2-1-2ND, my bro loss 3-1 (AFAIR, around these numbers) when he use 4-1-2-1-2ND vs 4-4-2 on his League Match
