A lot of problem with 4-4-2

Hi!

I have a lot of problems with opponents playing standard 4-4-2. My tactic base on AML, AMC and AMR so it may be the case. My last 2 matches in League (lvl 2 manager) was 1:0 for me (me 28.3 vs 15.1 opponent) on my stadium with bonuses without opponent manager watching and today I lost very important match 2:0 this time as away 28,3 against 22.6. I also had 71% ball possession, because my opponent wasn't active durring match. I played 4:1:3:2, than switched to 4:2:3:1, but it didn't work aswell. I play offensive, both sides, short passes with counter, zone defending, normal and without offsides.

Here is my actual squad, if someone experienced in game can help me build best formation against opponents playing 4:4:2 that will be great Should I buy someone else like one more MC or DC?
