Need a counter formation for 4-1-3N-1-1.

So hard defending, force counter, Long passes on 4-1-4-1. What tactics should I use for 3-5-2 V. My defense is slightly better than his offense, but his midfield will proobably overpower mine. My offense is equal to his defense.
In the screen shots I am blue & red uniforms, my opponent is red & white uniforms.
