Need a counter formation for 4-1-3N-1-1.

Played someone who had same quality as my team & beat me 4-1. I tried using 3N-1-3N-2W-1 with force counterattack tactics. Clearly that didn't win. Some extra info: My DMC was 3 quality better than his AMC and yet my DMC had a rating of 5. Not sure why.

Never use DMC,one MC, and AMC in one front line.I tried it many times and I loose every time.I think you'll lose one player in this formation.

4-1-3W-2 should work, or 4-3N-2(AML/R)-1

So hard defending, force counter, Long passes on 4-1-4-1. What tactics should I use for 3-5-2 V. My defense is slightly better than his offense, but his midfield will proobably overpower mine. My offense is equal to his defense.
In the screen shots I am blue & red uniforms, my opponent is red & white uniforms.

Also put red arrows on your two strikers, play attacking with passing down the flanks, mixed passing style and pressing your own half with counter attacks on.
