Yes it is a bug of first days of the new season. If you get recommendations that days they are -1 star because they have been calculated from previous season. Bullsh$t :p

It always happens on 1st day of new season if you get Scout Recommendations. Have had the problem many times....but obviously, no one buys them :)

because you promoted to the next level. It happening many times (and it's written in the rules too). Next time you want to stay lv, go for 10th place or bellow.

So you have been promoted to a level above ! By finishing 9th or even 10 th , 11 , 12 in higher level ( > level 35 ) you can be promoted !
