    A good idea is to make Negotiation section fulfilled with all kind of % players not only 97-99% players and once bought, player can't be sold till the start of the next season. Good Luck

    I agree with what you 're saying but it would be more fair and honest to say that we close negotiations for x,y reasons instead of forbid them the 3 first weeks.
