This is sadly normal. Draw based on quality. You have become too strong so nordeus set this extra challenge for you in the hope you will spend real money to keep up. Only way to avoid this silliness...

Yep. MOM decreases in morale. Nuts. I’m actually seeing that morale makes little difference as a few times I’ve forgotten to feed Blue boosters and a player with poor morale gets 8/9 ratings.
