Players are rated by Quality and Stars
Quality level is absolute, but stars depend on your manager level e.g. Q20 is 5* if you are a Level 1 manager and 4* if you're Level 2, Q25 is 6* at Level 1...

What you doing with 8 injured players at the same time? I though Nordeus set a maximum of 7 injured at anyone time, I'd be sending that screenshot to Nordeus Support if I was you.
