Im only level 4 :) But ive read the Nordgen thread and the only 'proof' of a fast trainer i can get from that thread is if a player is worth 100M and only has a wage of say 1K?

Maybe not but they're already better than a youth player and one has 2 positions. Its a win win if you ask me. And how do you know they arent fast trainers?
