I think the system takes the average manager (50-60%). And then maybe it is useful to buy a youthplayer. If u have a team full of 5 and 6 stars, like me,whats the use of buying players with tokens...

Hm if this (tokened player==fast trainer) turns into a fact then I may try. I never find fast trainers after day 1-2 of season, so I get a youth tokened player I need in 1-2 weeks and have some spare...

Why should a youth player from the youth team be bid with token before he Joins the senior team . Managers use their cash to build and upgrade youth facility . Something must be done .
