Yes negotiations are there. Also a better power training option without having to wait. Totally different look and layout to the game. They've added more features from PC to mobile.

1. When it is for you 5 stars Yes then he can train till 189 Q but by me 165 is begin legend so i only can train them till 169.8 Max then he can gain skills but i cant assign them untill i go Higher...
