Well, answer is both and more. When I open TM, I usually put on shortlist few players whose auction is near end. Then I track those transfers to find out how active market is, who are buyers etc....

Ne mora ih kupovati ako kupuje grb/dres za sebe. Ja imam malo iznad 210 tokena, mislim da ću uspjet kupit jedan jeftiniji grb i 1 dres, naravno u međuvremenu pokušat ću skupit što više mogu, malo...
