    If you mean, the minus would give you back skill points to spend. Totally -1 to this idea. Firstly, I don't see the point in taking away values and second, it would just be too easy to train roles...

    After traning for player, some gamer want add skills for player by themselves, so inconvenient that haven't minus sign while do that work. Can you add minus sign in the skills of player ?
