Help me, please! 3 week's ago i try buy tokens, money from credit card is gone, but tokens on profile not coming, what me gonna do? Thank you!

and here, you can be registred and recive help from, the support

To help you, you will need to writte the "ID number" of your net. You can see it under the 2 emblems, where say -play-invite-gifts-buy tokens-earn tokens- and, ?HELP.

click "?help" and you will see the number that they need to help you.
