Your proposed formation is illegal as you have no players on both sides. I would play 3-3-2-2, swap the AMC and an ST for AML and AMR. He's more exposed down the wings anyway.

Whilst it is an unusual formation it's difficult to come up with a counter without knowing his players roles. Having a DML/DMR sat right in front of the DL/DR is a strange one unless they have ML/MR...
