How to Win Against Any Formation?

4 4 2 classic: best used with normal mentality, down both flanks, short passing, zonal marking with normal tackling. No counterattack and no offside trap.

it's unusual formation and i didn't face it never ever ... but lets try to find a counter formation to it.

Hi Adel, thanks for tips. If I subtract one defender will it be too defensively light? Been studying his games and he has a very good MC who runs from deep to score.

Also what arrows should i use and what instructions to go with the 4-5-1 motivated?

if you see that playing with 3 DL and DC and DR is dangerous so let it be 4 5 1 V motivated standard ..

the arrows should be : red arrows at DMC & AML/R.
Normal mentality ... mixed passing ... play on counter attack to shake his defense and find some solutions if he hardly defending... of side trap if you wanted because he don't have any AML/C/R so play save with offside trap.

and don't put any player out of his position pls because this means that you are playing minus one player.

If i have players that are DC/DMC, does this mean they will be a better DC than DMC or equal at both?
