The previous (random) system was ok. My good mix is 4-5 active good teams, 4-5 medium teams (but able to do "damage" in some games) and 4-5 low q teams but not abandoned. Those teams with 33 y.o....

when I decide to add a sa or an extra position, I gave my sp immediately to this, so to keep player's q low. Gathered sp do count to player's quality and this is slowing down the gaining progress.

It's an example, the roster of a bot team, you know. Full of 3* players and a couple of 4-5*. An active, 35T manager can have (at least the started 11)a team of 4* players and with good coaching...
