Really had to go with the lowest, not because Team Qty is only a minor factor, it's a major factor, but it can be trumped by simple stupid things like illegal formations, too many outta of positions...

I think 70%,the formation is important too , but as u can see if it's not important why people complain about stronger teams in the cup.... If u have 11 scouts o higher star player in ur team u will...

I've only spent like 20 dollars in the past 6 seasons I've played on multiple accounts ... I have won 4 leagues and 2 cl's and 4 cups ..... U need to get better players, a better formation....

I've taken counter formation to mean good formation that works on your teams strengths and weaknesses and the oppositions AND includes team orders and arrows. ;)
