I have a player which have a big stadion and good people, he is level 2 and is better then level 3, I dont know if he used a hack but he have a stadion with 31000 and he is only level 2...

U dont have to spent money to get tokens. U can do the free token stuff. Go to tapjoy.com if u are in a phone or do the surveys in the computer. U can get like 500 tokens just to do one surveys.
I got like 200 tokens just downloading apps for my iphone. Keep then for a week then i deleted them.

If you using ur phone u go tokens then go to free press in tapjoy. U gonna get some surveys and stuff u can do. one is to create an tapjoy account ( you can use facebook or just any email) in their website go to the top eleven tap. And u get alot of options to download
Download one app at the time cause i try downloading 2 or more and i didnt get any tokens. And the apps u can deleted them once u open them. I normally wait a day.
Im from USA. so i dont know how is it in other countries.
