You can't buy-from or sell-to people of different levels.

You have to buy scouts and when they age you've to buy new scouts.

You'll know the garbage when you see it.

On the new transfer market you can't buy or sell to teams on different levels? I must still have the old transfer marker system in that case.

Dude u must have been tanking too much if u didnt notice, or ur still on the old market..
Theres diff versions of the new, some only have 4* players to buy, and u cant sell ur bench players u have to sack them.. Another has 6 5* players every now ans then and u can sell players (much better), the old market has about 20 or 30 5* players to pick from and u can sell very very easily... Theres other variants of the new market ive heard of on here, ofc nordeus doesnt communicate and doesnt fix the servers worst affected
