I think it's unfair to use the FA Cup as an example of why it's not as good as it used to be. Cup shocks happen in any league and any country.

Yes, I think the quality has dropped but it's not average. Clubs like Tottenham, QPR, Aston Villa and Norwich are not big clubs. You just need to look at Swansea to see how far they have come from being a Championship side to a Premier League side to possibly a place in the Europa League next season. Arsenal were always going to dip in form after losing Fabregas, Alex Song and Robin Van Persie. Liverpool haven't been good for the past 5 years but that happens to most clubs. The football in the Premier League is good and fun to watch and still one of the best leagues in the world, well I think so anyway.
