One question guys... Let's say I have a level 3 academy and the progress on the recruitment for the u-21 players is around 90%... Now I try to build a level 4 academy. I know the progress will be put on hold during the construction but will it come back to 0% after finished?
My point is that I could get level 4 academy u-21 players althought during all the season I had just a level 3 youth system...
