That U21 player will have insane training speed, though.
ok but with those tokens you can make an offer to another team for a 18 years old player, with much more experience
Well, the training speed is very high, true.
But this is no reason for paying extra token. We finally have paid for building the academy. We have paid with money, that we earned with the team we have invested token in.
As I suggested in another thread already:
A sort of "registration fee" as new "professional player" for players out of the academy (max. 5 token) would be acceptable.
Anything else is a steal of token!

tomorrow i get the newest youth players and even if i increase the accademy lv with tokens i know i will get 2 poor players and useless ! within 24h i will post a screen shot to see how many tokens they ask for a poor player !
Hey! they charged me 24 tokens por a Youth player!I think the issue with the youth is ill-posed..this and other situations have made me lose faith in this game that seemed to be very very good..

hi all...i also agree with you...this matter seems unrealistic to this game...you develop your junior pitch but you need to spent 24 Token money to sign them... Ridicules, with 24 token you'll get better player from transfer Market than you sign player from youth..Quote:

I understand paying a token price,nordeus has to earn their bucks, but 24 tokens for an often bad player..i never bought one cuz they are expensive and are bad players and don't guarantee any advantages for the price i pay,i'd rather buy a market player that brings me better results for a far cheaper price. This is not how real academies work !!
Same goes for scout players.I understand the token price,you get an advantage over the other,non paying,players but why pay the $$ of his value ? Isn't that the ideea of scouting ? Finding talended,often young players, that are cheap ?

It depends on ur academy level. My academy is level 10 and i get 2 young players every 12 days.
I don't know what it's like at higher level's, but the youth for me so far is handy as I can at least replace some of my backup players that are not very good with a better player, with the token guy possibly getting into my first team.Quote:
