I offer myself to be the new assistant manager.
Phrases that I use like;
-X player do't appered, you should change him-
-Y player perform bad in right side, maybe you should move him in a better position-
-Z Player seems so aggressive and have a yellow, so you should change him
or
W player failed 2 freekicks, seems is not his day and you should give a chance to another player-

..would be my suggestions.

Khris who should we power train next? Butcher and or Salem to 6 stars? Zapegol to 8 stars? Cesare to 8 stars? Candeias to 7?

The assistant says weird things. Like if u are ahead 3-0 after 15 minutes "u should have more attacking power" or if u (in cup or CL) are leading 2-1 (after a 1-0 loss in away game) " we have the result to go through, so focus on defence"

With other words ....he sucks.

I would try to compensate, taking a look to the decisive players in contribution terms, and age, so Candelas and Zapegol 1st to face well vs better Q. players, train them the speed and phisical atributes as they have good %'s of scoring, Butcher and Cesare then as 2nd group, Salem is ok the level that have, inclusive I will say that you can find a better player there "if" with these numbers don't help in defense saving chances and so.
