lets say we group people in 4 groups, and each manager choses a flag, so represents a country.

We spare teams by Continent, and make them play vs each other.

The Best 4 go to next round in a 2nd phase where 4+4 teams of 2 continents have to collect working all together the more trophies they can to go to the finale.

There can be not only 1 daily trophy to stole to every single oppo, we could have 2-3 for each one of the 4 teams of the other continent.
