I think what you get next year would be arrows removed. Or they can to pull out of their old bag removed thing and represent as a new feature.
To be honest, all this was suggested few years ago + there are a lot of similar topics about this.
What i think, nordeus do not improve the game but only his shell that could shine as a diamond.

2. Player who get 10 rating in match to be on fire, you only reward hat-tricks and 3 assists but what about GK and DF who keep cleansheet and get 10 rating in match? (Which is really rare & hard to get)

What's the meaning of been on fire when it's only cosmetic ?

Yesterday a player I had on fire was injured.
The On fire mode could at least protect the players from injuries or cards.
