That is the owner who pay tokens to bring the player to another club with a seasonal or bi-weekly contract.
If player reach a target, = Tokens invested x2.

Ofc. at some point this need a sense for both sides... maybe the 2nd manager, could save the player salary.... so would be a mutual benefit... allowing to trade until 7*s .....but could be so cool well designed and too, having a limit of 3 players allowed to move/receive....
