Suggestion regarding the reset timing of daily video rewards

Hello Nordeus team,

I'm an active Top Eleven player and would like to share a suggestion about the current video system for daily resource packs (maletas).

At the moment, I understand that videos for resource packs only reset 24 hours after each one is watched, whereas other types of videos — such as the first three that give double rewards, or those from sponsors — reset with the new day (at midnight server time).

I would like to suggest that the daily video rewards for resource packs also follow a fixed daily reset time (e.g., midnight server time), instead of requiring players to wait exactly 24 hours per video. This would make the system more user-friendly and predictable, without necessarily increasing the total number of daily rewards, which could still be capped.

In addition to improving the player experience, this change might also help increase ad viewership, as many players skip videos simply due to the inconvenience of tracking when each video becomes available again.

I understand that video availability can vary depending on external factors and ad partners, and I truly appreciate the efforts your team makes to improve this aspect of the game.

However, I would like to respectfully emphasize that my main suggestion was not about the general availability of videos, but specifically about how the reset timing of the daily resource pack videos is handled.
More precisely, my request is for the videos that currently require a strict 24-hour wait from the time they were last watched to instead reset at a fixed time each day (such as midnight server time), just like the double-reward videos and sponsor videos already do.

This change would make the system much more convenient for players without increasing the number of daily rewards or affecting the balance. It would also eliminate confusion and frustration caused by having to track individual 24-hour countdowns for each video.

I believe many Managers would welcome this adjustment, and I truly hope the team will consider it seriously for future updates.
