What orders do you use for 4-3-3 tactic?

mentality offensive,
mixt passing,
in all the field,
normal tackling,
long passing,
zonal making.

the 2 DC's blue arrow, and all the other with red arrow.

But I still thinking that, if you know your players, that's a point at your favour.
My best player in corners is Klose, and is something normal to have 2 corners, and 2 goals.
In fouls, the best is Of Hesselink.
And as I said in some posts, a player have a place to play better, or worst, I've said that if I put Overmars in the center, I loose posesion ball,,, so, yeah, the orders are important, but know your players is more important for the result...
When I play I try to analyze the game, in the sense of how is the game programmed, so, that's my opinion at now.

and he is my better defender at now, saved me lots of times;
If I know well is his 3rd season in our team, (15 CL matches, 2 this season and 13 = all, the matches of the last CL that we won)

Heyy, thanks, I was asking time ago how to do that xDD and, now I have a page to upload pics in big version and I am registred, but.. have to have time to go, first to one page, and to another LOL is just for time, ...but I will try to upload something in big cos is more beauty to enjoy :P it seems that have more quality^^
