Overview
Lepoard Stars is a team originally from DR Congo.
It was founded on Oct 10 by LK/Jll02 (His initials), and currently plays in League Level 3.
It's aim is to promote football in Africa, as well as help young African players develop. The Lepoard is the National animal of
Congo DR, (well, now it's the okapi). The club has won 2 league titles, as well as quarter final appearances in the Cup and 3rd place in the Champions League.
History
Season 1:The disappointment
Lepoard Stars were lucky to be allowed into the League mid-season, as a team had pulled out due to financial troubles.
Teams wondered what this "star" team could do.
League leaders Red Bull FC had almost sealed the title with 6 games to go, and needed to beat
Lepoard Stars FC to ensure that. Two early goals in the match made them confident, only for Blaise to score twice to level the score at full time.
The "Lepoards" were now 3rd. Could the they hold that? 3 straight loses denied that and after drawing with 4th place Rio Preto in the final match,They were locked outside the promotion zone in 10th, 2 points from promotion. The board had remarkedc that LK did well for his first season, and
shouldnt be too disappointed. With this comfort, Lepoard Stars knew they could do it next season.

Season 2
We had a bad start, losing our first two games and at the bottom of the table.
We came back and won the league with 3 games to go. We reached the second round of the cup

Season 3 Level 2
Lost our first three games. We then clawed back to 1st place and sealed the title from Harry Law FC with 2 games to go. We also reached the Semi Finals of the CL and suffered a 7-2 deafeat on aggregate. We also suffered our worst lose to date, losing 4-0 in the Cup Quarter Finals.

Season 4 Level 3
We hung around in the Top 3, before being moved up to 2nd. We then drew with Ale BFC, a team who we never beat, and then lost to our ally, ITAConnection. We finished ahead of the bot robots in 3rd.
We had difficulties passing the R16 in the CL after losing 3-0 to a Japanese team away. We then beat them 5-0 at home. They deserved to be in the Semis. We then got unluckily drewn with Ud.Chile, who went on to beat us 7-4 on aggregate. They walked over the other team, Kristina, in the finals.
We went out of the CUP in the R16.

GK: Matondo,local 24 year old who is part of the original squad. 4* player who has
Been the top goalkeeper and captain for the past few seasons.
GK: Jean Paul. Local Youth academygraduate who is currently 4*.
Def:Markov. DL/DC 28 year old Russian who was bought in Season 2 and has been a regular first teamer.

Def: Amantegi. 28 year old 1* Spanish player bought in Season 2. Proved himself to be king of defence at times.
DR: Park. Very good South Korean 4* player who was bought in Season 4.
Def:Empoke. 4* 26 year old DR who has been a great help in defence. Original local
Mid: Del Vecchio.4* 28 year old Italian who was bought in Season 3. Was very incosistent at times.
Mid: Sergi. 2* Argetinian who had poor performances in Season 1. Picked up his game and now is a regular.
Mid: Cieciura. Amazing Polish 21 year old who almost won the Season 4 Young Player of the Year
Mid: Dikete. Developing 21 year old who is a local and is a original. Now starting to get poor performances.
AMC: Janik: Developing 2* Polish 20 year old who was bought in Season 3. Pipped
Sergi and Dikete to grab Young Player of the Year.
AMR: Scotte. 5* 31 year old Frenchman who was bought this season until I can find another AMR. Just scored 2 goals on his debut.
ST: Blaise. 3* star 23 year old striker who has been with the team ever since it started. Local who has scored
Over 60 goals for the club. Season 3 and 4 Player of the Year.
ST: Nonnweiler. The 2* German Gladiator is 28 years old, and was bought in Season 1. He is a good consistent striker.
ST: Guntuz. He is a 5* Turkish 25 year old. Very good Striker
