Get In-game Items by Watching Videos

I can sometimes get them and sometimes I watch loads of videos and they don't work!! I think it is one particular advertiser as the window looks different for some of them.

This needs fixing!! You can't make us watch adverts on the promise something will happen and then not deliver. Quite literally, FALSE ADVERTISING!!! This has been happening for a long time and is getting really annoying. Please sort this out!

EDIT: I have Adblocker running on my laptop, pause this and you get the rewards! This should be made a little clearer I think but I am glad to have found the solution!
