He says long live the socialist popular communist republic of Croatia and that there's no fair play in top11. He's very angry with top11 management and thinks everybody should quit the game and let the devs play the game by themselves or with their mothers ) And what is made in the Balkans area is rubbish and that they are a bunch of thieves and liars...Well, he's not smoking anything, he is just angry.

But he says it in (Croatian?) on the English forum, which leads me to believe he's either off his head on narcotics, or needs pointing in the right direction.

No, I speak Croatian and that is not it. Nor is Croatia a communist Republic. And Nordues is a Serbian company, which by itself would hardly make it popular in Croatia.
