At my 35T team, I saw a random guy from level 3 wanting 5* player (3* in their point of view) and drained 6 tokens from my team. So 29 tokens allocations left, 0 tokens available.

Jesus... That's the trouble with the lower levels, full of noobs that probably bid on anything. He could get 5* in their point of view easily on that server.

I just spent 15 to 20 minutes and checked my all CUP opponents and noticed that only 3 L3 managers, 12 L6 managers, 4 L7 managers, many L5 managers and few L4 managers ...

My 1st CUP match with L4 manager ....

Only 3 L3 managers in level 3 cup .... Damn Nordeus ...

4-4-2 Classic I believe beats this, With the exception of the DMC playing instead of MC, this would of been the attacking 3-2-3-2 that myself and dv8r spent an entire season searching for a counter on a formation like this, orders Normal Mentality, Short Passing and down the flanks I believe.
