CUP UPDATE

Great start to the cup campaign, with a 4-0 victory away to a level 6 team.

2 goals from star striker Alex Swan, 2 Assists from new scout signing Jesus Garza, putting his Corner SA to good use, and a debut goal from Craig Beast, another scout purchase.
Also a surprise goal from Rui Cruz, the DR.

Slight drawback with an injury to Mitch Rodriguez, my ultra fast trainer.

MoM was new scout GK Rhys Lancer, stopping 3 one on one challenges.

Football Fridays only joined level 1 late last season. They started there road to the league title from 7th place and ended up 4 points clear at the end of the season.

Football Fridays Mission for the current season (level 2) win league 2 at all costs! top 16 CL and the cup who knows however first cup game away win 0-3

Transfers in > 6 scouts

Money approx 200k and 5 tokens (after spending spree)

I think he is medium at best.

I'm expecting a few red and yellows and lack in squad depth!

is why we are not aiming so high, lower expectations and if we do well it will be all the sweeter

Beast didn't need to take long to hit the back of the net!

I'm expecting a 30 goal season at the least from him.

Alex Swan took a good 4 or 5 games to start scoring when I signed him 2 seasons ago, but once he got started he wouldn't stop.

He finished with approx. 45 goals at the end of Season 2.

Beast is going to fill his shoes

Well if you're not aiming high because of these reasons, would it not have been better to use the 300+ tokens you spent on those scouts to get possibly 10 5*, nearly scout players from the TM, I could if I bid wisely

Last season I signed a scout-ST on the 10th day and he only played 16 league matches but he got 16 assists and 25 goals, hugely impressed by him and looking to see him score more this season!
