If you can't see in someones face while he talks to u, you can't tell he is a lier. In this case it sounded more like someone just made the same Tactic for the whole Season and wonder if the Season is getting harder and harder. So why should I not give an advise? It won't hurt me, even if he try to dump me. So he/she could do what ever he/she likes to do with my advice.

The Real thing is, keep your Team a bit more flexible to make an counter formation, or deal with injuries you can't fix or whatever the problem is, you have to deal with it... Borussia Dortmund won two times the League against Bayern course Bayern didn't had enough good B-Players. That's what they fixed in the last Season. And I'm not a Bayern Fan, but they did there job.

Even tho that's what I thought. If he didn't understand it now, what it seems like to me, he should do it now. As I noticed he calm down to the thread, and I hope he find his way.
