BALKAN UNITED: TRANSFER MADNESS CONTINUES

This morning I decided to buy a couple of new players, in which 4 of them are all STs! This is mostly since the huge "debacle" yesterday with the four ST's I already had: Džakovac (injury:3days), Huerta (injury:7days), Ghysel (needs a map stuck on his find to his way to opposite goall) and Capidis (bad form or just unhappy with the competition?). Huerta was sold last night, while Ghysel is put on the auctions and is expected to leave the Club this afternoon.

Anyway, this is the players I managed to get. There were a couple of others young and good players this morning, but since I needed 2 or 3 new strikers, I didn't have the the opportunity or any further place in my squad due the 22 player limit.

First, the ST's you see will first be tested for 5 days. The ST that don't manage to score, will be put on the auctions.
Second, the young DR (V.Kovačević) are nearly 6* and will join the club at lvl 2.
Third, the 2xMC Abdel Aty and Stergianos are just gonna be tested for 3 - 4 games and then probably sold. Could manage to keep Stergianos if possible.
Fourth, the young GK (X.Bellachen) is nearly a 5* and will replace the 28yr old GK (C.Gloor). Gloor which will be sold this week. My plan is to keep Bellachen until the end of the season and sell him to a lvl 1 manager next season (he will be a 5* for them which means good money for the Club).

I think about selling any player with too many 6's in form. I try training them awhile before giving them up though. Edit: Except goal keepers, they get 6 I can't complain (even on shut out with 17 shots, 10 at goal. really? Sigh...) they are different breed.

If I did like you, selling a ST who dont socre a goal, then I would have miss an excellent ST ...my current main ST was a scout when I bought him last season and he did not score single goal till 3 matches but after that he was beast with 51 goals and 22 assists ... so its all depends on how you take it

Well, I demand some value for the currency. He was given the oppurtunity (1xleague+3xfriendlies) but couldnt score. And being a lvl 1 club with restricted economy means that you cant have players like that, especially if they are valued at 1.6M. For that kind of money I can by 5 "mediocre" 24 yr olds.

And being on this kind of server, were there are plenty good players around every corner for a token or two - then it's not a big deal. Players that don't deliver or get injured could be replaced in no time. You just need to have a clear goal and move forward. No time for obstacles on the way

LEAGUE ROUND 12 - WE KEEP ON WINNING

We had this one marked down as a potiential game that could give us trouble and ND can be a difficult formation to play against but we have had the measure of teams using ND recently, as with the case with Sadadjang last and this season. flakac had the first early chances before July Fourth won a free-kick for Beckett to fire it over the wall and into the goal and we were in the lead, Kusama had a shot went wide before we scored again after Pietropaolo made is way into the area only to be fouled and Papaleo sent the keeper the wrong way from the penalty spot, Our third came just before half time and Pietropaolo made a good run into the area and this time the defenders could not afford to foul him and he put it away. We changed tactics slightly in the hope we could score a few more but it appeared to backfire as flakac got one back just after the restart Pejcha broke clear and squared it off for Aghadinuno to givce flakac a glimmer of hope but as flakac were looking for goals we were eventually able to kill the game off with Beckett having another free-kick saved and Petersen crossing in the corner for Papaleo to make it 4-1. Miku had a couple of efforts blocked late on afterwards but 4-1 was how the game finished.

I agree for lvl1 if you have good players around go with them ...luckily I was landed on a good server may be not as good as you but better than other servers ....

Season 7. League - Round 12.

(Sorry, there is no quality presentation of the teams and their rankings before the match starts. We could not print on time).

2nd defeat this season and both at home.

The opponent with a staggered formation and 3W-1-3-1-2, playing on the counter attack and with intensive mentality attack, it was very difficult to catch him in his moves they were very quick to play.

They played the game through the middle ground (our two MC's had the lowest scores in this season - 5).

We should have strengthened the midfield with another MC, but we did not and defeat was inevitable.

We get the warning from the opponent for the 2nd game (away match) in the league and we have to present a very different formation from what we presented today.
