A goal in each half was enough to see us win against our long time rivals. This is 9th season we have been in the same league, and up until recently, they had had the upper hand in our meetings. We seem to have overcome that jinx now. Murat Ozturk struck for us after 30 minutes, heading home a cross from Wayne Dixon. Twenty minutes from time, Dixon found space for himself to grab a second for us. Midfielder Homer Simpson was chosen as man of the match.

The win leaves us in 2nd spot, still two behind the leaders. Tomorrow we travel into Wales to play 3rd place, Andrew FC, who have 21 points compared with our 22.

Won in league! My DMC/MCs didn't lke it, but I played 4 4 2. Move up a spot to fifth.

BOught myserlf 2 strikers of 18 and 19 years old. Was still playing lazy 4-5-1 from the beginning.
Striker of 26 year old is rpelaced now, and gives me more depth in formations.

Good defensemen are hard to find, and you pretty much have to pay a fortune for them! Best bet is buy the most expensive youth (I played mine out of position for quite awhile) and train the heck out of him.

All 3 of my teams are flying in both CL and league. All out of the cup.

What's irritating me right now though, is TheCageyOnes badly need an AML, and Maiden UTD need a MR ...

Do you think these positions would show up in the transfer market? not a chance ... nadda ... TCO have enough tokens to buy a scout, and even on the updated scout listing there is no AML!! It's starting to feel intentional. Why would it be the ONLY position I want to fill that won't show up? Surely someone is offing one? even an older player. Nope ... surely one will pop up in the negotiation list? nope ...

Maiden UTD only have the transfer market option and MR seems to be like gold dust at level 2.

They're still winning ... but any more injuries and I'm screwed for each.
